As a special event, it is NOT a part of our regular season of shows and is not included in your season ticket.
The story of "Amahl and the Night Visitors" takes place in and around the humble home of Amahl and his widowed mother. The time is a starry night around the time of Christ's birth. The setting is a village of shepherds somewhere along the route of the three kings' journey from the orient to Bethlehem.
"Amahl and the Night Visitors" is presented by special arrangement with G. Shirmer, Inc.
