Southside Theatre Guild is excited to present this special engagement!
As a special event, it is NOT a part of our regular season of shows and is not included in your season ticket.
McMurphy, a charming rogue, thinks he can get out of doing work while in prison by pretending to be mad. His plan backfires when he is sent to a mental asylum. He fits in frighteningly well, and his different point of view actually begins to cause some of the patients to progress. Nurse Ratched becomes his personal cross to bear as his resistance to the hospital routine gets on her nerves. As he leads the others to assert themselves, the confrontations between him and the head nurse escalate to the point where it is either him or her - and she appears to be holding all the cards.
Notice: Due to adult situations and strong language, this play is recommended for mature audiences.
